    • If you suffer from dry eyes then try taking evening primrose oil.
    • The black population has a very incidence of high blood pressure, reducing your salt intake is one thing you can do to lessen the risk.
    • If your skin often gets shiny as the day goes on try using an oil control lotion before putting on your foundation.
    • It really sets you up for the rest of the day. And a healthy breakfast means you're less likely to nibble on the naughty stuff.
    • Just because you like the way an aftershave or perfume smells on someone else doesn't mean you should go out and buy it!

      We all have our individual chemical signature and the effects of the scent might be completely different on you.
    • Try not to lick your lips when you're out and about in the cold weather. It will cause your lips to chap badly. Instead rub a thin coating of vaseline or a lip balm over them.
    • Makeup doesn't have an infinite lifespan, most shouldn't really be kept for much more than a year and some, like mascara where you run the risk of developing eye infections, should be kept for much shorter periods.
    • When washing your face use warm water to open up pores to really clean them. Then splash with close water to zap them close to prevent break-outs. Also your pores will look smaller.
